Tajikistan Receives Fair Play Award in the CAFA Women’s Futsal Championship

DUSHANBE, 31.01.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the second futsal championship of the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) among women’s concluded in Tashkent.
The winner of the tournament was the Iranian team, which won three victories in three matches played. Futsal players of Uzbekistan received silver medals (6 points). Bronze medals went to Tajikistan (3 points).
Following the results of the tournament, the Tajik team received the Fair Play award. A special prize was awarded to the team of Kyrgyzstan. The top scorer was Sara Shirbeigi (Iran), who scored seven goals. The prize of the most useful player, like a year ago, was received by Fareshteh Karimi from the Iranian team.
