Tajik Athletes Attend the Women’s World Boxing Championship in New Delhi

DUSHANBE, 16.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik athletes take part in the Women’s World Boxing Championship, which began today in New Delhi.
Tajikistan is represented by Sumaya Kosimova (48 kg), Ruhafzo Haknazarova (50 kg), Mijgona Samadova (60 kg) and Nilufar Boboyorova (63 kg).
The championship will be held from March 16 through March 26. It is attended by representatives of 65 states.
Boxers who receive a gold medal will be awarded a prize of $100,000, for a silver medal – $50,000, as well as for a bronze medal – $25,000.
