DUSHANBE, 27.04.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On April 26, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade met with the Coordinator of the UN Office in Tajikistan.
The meeting focused on the issues of expanding cooperation between Tajikistan and the UN, the attraction of grant funds related to the prevention of the influence of external factors, new priority projects based on the development goals of the republic and the prospects of the medium-term cooperation framework.
In addition, the parties expressed their readiness to hold a high-level round table on the presentation of the project of the Voluntary National Review of Tajikistan.
It was emphasized that Tajikistan is among the leading countries in initiatives on adaptation to climate change.
