Dushanbe to Host 2024 AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers in Group I

DUSHANBE, 01.09.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 6, the qualifying tournament for the 2024 AFC U23 Asian Cup in Group I will start in Dushanbe.
The Olympic teams of Tajikistan, Australia and Laos will fight for reaching the final part of the Asian championship.
In the first round, on September 6, Laos will play against Australia. In the second round, on September 9, Tajikistan will play with peers from Laos. In the final round, on September 12, t Tajikistan will meet Australia. All matches will be held at the Dushanbe Central Republican Stadium at 20:30.
According to the results of the qualifying tournament, the winners of 11 groups, as well as 4 teams that took second places in their groups with the best results will advance to 2024 Asian Cup, which will be held from April 15 through May 3 next year in Qatar.
