Industrial Enterprises Will Be Built and Modernized in Khujand

DUSHANBE, 22.11.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – In honor of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence and the Years of Industrial Development (2022-2026), several industrial enterprises will be built and modernized in Khujand.
On November 19, the Chairman of the Sughd region got acquainted with the progress of work at these enterprises.
During the familiarization with the installation of equipment at the Sugdtextiles LLC, it was reported that the company had resumed its activities.
A large industrial enterprise is equipped with equipment and technologies produced in Germany. Spinning, textile, sewing and painting shops will be created here, and 3,500 people will receive jobs. The founders decided that it would carry out complete processing of cotton to the final product.
The Chairman of the region also got acquainted with the progress of construction work at the oil refinery of the Sirdaryo LLC, at the fruit and vegetable processing enterprise of the Doro Invest LLC and the Tajprof LLC.
The construction of enterprises in the region is carried out to achieve the fourth national goal — accelerated industrialization.
