Five Athletes Will Represent Tajikistan at the Grand Prix Portugal 2024
DUSHANBE, 17.01.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – From January 26 through January 28, the Grand Prix Portugal 2024 will take place in Odivelas.
641 athletes, including 356 men and 285 women from 90 countries are registered to participate in the tournament.
Tajikistan will send 5 athletes, including Shahboz Saidabrorov (-66 kg), Muhammad Najmuddinov (-73 kg), Muhammad Abdujalilzoda (-81 kg), Abubakri Akobir and Emomrizo Anvarzoda (both -100 kg).
The winners and runners-up will be awarded cash prizes along with medals. The winners will be awarded €3,000, silver medal holders will receive €2,000 and bronze medal holders will get €1,000.
Additionally, athletes will gain points and improve their positions in the Olympic rankings.
