The initiative, led by the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, is being carried out in cooperation with the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC).
The sessions focus on “Threat Assessment” and “Aviation Safety Culture” and are conducted by leading ECAC inspectors and aviation safety experts from France, Bulgaria, Georgia, and Kazakhstan. The courses are attended by specialists from the Civil Aviation Agency and personnel from domestic aviation companies.
The primary goal of the program is to strengthen the professional competencies of Tajikistan’s aviation personnel, promote a proactive safety culture, and support the development of secure and reliable air transport infrastructure in line with international standards.
According to officials from the Civil Aviation Agency, these training courses play a crucial role in preparing the country’s aviation sector for upcoming safety audits conducted by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). They also contribute to building the capacity needed to respond to evolving security challenges in the aviation industry.
The Civil Aviation Agency emphasized its intention to continue hosting similar initiatives aimed at enhancing the technical expertise and operational readiness of Tajikistan’s civil aviation specialists.
