Tajikistan Drawn into Group K for AFC U-23 Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers

DUSHANBE, 03.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajikistan’s U-23 national football team has been drawn into Group K alongside Syria, the Philippines, and Nepal for the upcoming qualifiers of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup 2026.
According to the draw results announced by the Asian Football Confederation, Group K matches will be held in Dushanbe from 3 to 9 September 2025, giving Tajikistan a home advantage in the qualification campaign.
The qualification format sees 11 group winners and the four best second-placed teams advancing to the final tournament, which will be held in Saudi Arabia from 7 to 25 January 2026.
Tajikistan will be looking to capitalize on home support and favorable conditions as they aim to secure a spot in the continental championship, which serves as a key platform for emerging football talent across Asia.
