Dushanbe, 15.05.2016 /NIAT «Khovar»/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon met today with the Adviser in the Al-Diwan Al-Amiri of the State of Kuwait, Board Chairman of the International Islamic Charitable Organization and UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Abdullah al Matouq in Kuwait city.

The sides discussed issues related to the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation of Tajikistan with the International Islamic Charitable Organization.

It was stressed that the bilateral meetings and negotiations at the highest level and the documents, which were signed in the framework of the previous visit and the current official visit of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait, providing a constructive political and legal framework of bilateral cooperation, have created great opportunities for the establishment of a wide range of cooperation in the fields of mutual interest.

The sides exchanged views on development of bilateral cooperation in the spheres of science, education, culture, health and tourism, including the participation in the implementation of projects for the construction of schools, health facilities, and the necessary tourism infrastructure in the scenic regions of Tajikistan.

The parties confirmed their interest and willingness in establishing better and more fruitful cooperation in important social and economic spheres.
