“DISI Invest” arrived in Vietnam to participate in the Asian Futsal Championship-2017
DUSHANBE, 18.07.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Three-time champion of Tajikistan “DISI Invest” led by Iranian specialist Hossein Afzali arrived in Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City yesterday to take part in the Asian Futsal Championship-2017.
According to the Football Federation of Tajikistan, the Tajik champion will start the Asian Futsal Championship on Friday, July 21, with a match against last year’s tournament finalist, Iraqi Nafit al-Wasat. This match will begin at 17:00 Dushanbe time.
Then on July 23, “DISI Invest” will play with Qatari “Al-Rayyan” (14:30 Dushanbe time) and on July 25 with Indonesian “Vamos”(14:30 Dushanbe time). All matches will take place at the “Phu Tho” sports complex in Ho Chi Minh City.
In total, 14 teams will take part in the Asian Futsal Championship-2017, which will be held on July 20-30 in Vietnam. According to the regulations, after a group round, two teams from each group will advance to the next round, where they form quarter-final pairs. Then the matches will be held on the Olympic system with elimination. In case if “DISI Invest” manages to advance to the next round, then one of the teams of the group “A” – “Tai Son Nam” (Vietnam), “Al-Dhafra” (UAE), “Vik Vipers” (Australia) or “Erem” (Kyrgyzstan) will become the opponent of the champion of Tajikistan in the 1/4 finals.
