Costa Rica beat Panama to reach CONCACAF Gold Cup semis
DUSHANBE, 20.07.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Costa Rica beat Panama 1-0 on courtesy of an own goal by Anibal Godoy on Wednesday night to reach the CONCACAF Gold Cup semifinals, Xinhua reports.
Godoy headed David Guzman’s free kick into his own net in the 77th minute.
Costa Rica plays on Saturday in Arlington against either the United States or El Salvador.
Panama started just five players from their opening lineup for the 0-0 tie at Costa Rica on June 8.
