DUSHANBE, 08.09.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The national youth team of Tajikistan (U-19), as part of preparation for the Asian Championship-2018 qualifying tournament, will take part in the international tournament “The 3rd Chang An Ford Cup International Youth Football Tournament 2017” in China.

According to the press service of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, the youth teams of Tajikistan, Mexico, Oman and China will take part in the competitions, which will be held on September 20-24 in the Chinese city of Qujing. Tajikistan’s team will first play with Mexico (September 20), then with China (September 22) and last with Oman (September 24).

For the youth team of Tajikistan, participation in this tournament is one of the stages of preparation for the Asian Championship-2018 qualifying tournament, which will be held from October 31 to November 8 in Hissar. In the qualifying round, the youth team of Tajikistan will play with Bangladesh (October 31), Sri Lanka (November 4), Maldives (November 6) and Uzbekistan (November 8).
