Tajik – Uzbek business circles signed agreements worth over $ 620 million
DUSHANBE, 13.03.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Agreements totaling more than $ 620 million were signed following the results of the business forum of business circles of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, which was held on March 9 in Dushanbe, the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan reports.
According to the source, the business forum of entrepreneurs of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, which was organized as part of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Tajikistan, was attended by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Davlatali Said and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the State Investment Committee Suhrob Kholmuradov, as well as about 500 people, including heads of ministries and departments of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, businessmen of the two countries. The parties presented videos about their investment opportunities.
“In a warm and friendly atmosphere took place bilateral talks on the areas of activity between entrepreneurs with representatives of state structures in B2G format and mutual conversations of entrepreneurs in B2B format”, — the committee said.
It is noted that following bilateral negotiations and coordination of issues of bilateral commercial relations and attraction of investments, corresponding agreements were signed between entrepreneurs.
