DUSHANBE, 02.10.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The opponent of the junior football team of Tajikistan (U-16) at the stage of the semi-final of the 2018 Asian Championship has been determined. In semi-final match, Tajik players will meet with South Korea, which in the quarterfinal defeated the Indian team with a score of 1:0. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the press service of Tajikistan Football Federation.

The semi-final match of the 2018 Asian Championship between Tajikistan and South Korea will be held on Thursday, October 4, at the Petaling Jaya stadium. The match starts at 20:45 local time (17:45 Dushanbe time).

Japan and Australia will meet in another semi-final match.

It should be noted that the junior teams of Tajikistan, South Korea, Japan and Australia got the right to represent Asia at the World Cup (U-17) to be held in Peru in October next year.
