Muhsin Muhammadiev Appointed Head Coach of Uzbekistan’s Bukhara FC
DUSHANBE, 10.06.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The former head coach of the national team of Tajikistan and Dushanbe’s Istiklol FC, a member of the Executive Committee of the Football Federation of Tajikistan Muhsin Muhammadiev was appointed the head coach of Bukhara FC, which plays in the Super League of Uzbekistan.
Muhammadiev trained Istiklol FC from November 2016 to June 2018. In the 2017 season, under his leadership Istiklok FC reached the AFC Cup final, where it lost to Iraqi Air Force with the score of 0:1.
Muhammadiyev will make his debut as head coach of Bukhara on June 16 in a home match against the championship leader, Tashkent’s Pakhtakor FC.
