Football Federation Allows Making Five Substitutions in Championship and the Cup
DUSHANBE, 13.06.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Following the season’s resumption, the Tajik Football Federation (FFT) is allowing the use of five substitutions for each team in the remaining matches of the Championship for the higher league teams and the Cup due to the global coronavirus pandemic.
This rule was previously recommended by the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) and the International Council of Football Associations (IFAB), reports the FFT.
The teams will be able to make five substitutions in the match. They will also have three possibilities for permutations in the playing time, plus the chance to make replacements during the break.
The Tajik Championship, which was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic, will resume on June 16.
