First Deputy PM Holds Meeting of the Coordination Council for Inspection Body Activities

DUSHANBE, 28.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – The First Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Coordination Council for Inspection Body Activities Davlatali Said chaired the Council’s 10th meeting.
The meeting was attended by the Council’s Deputy Chairman , Chairman of the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management, Council members,- Ministers of Justice, Finance, Economic Development and Trade, Health and Social Protection of the Population, Industry and New Technologies, Internal Affairs, Agriculture, Chairman of the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy, representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, heads of the Prosecutor’s Office, the Accounts Chamber, the Agency for State Financial Control and Fight Against Corruption, the Tax Committee, the Customs Service, the National Bank, representatives of development partners, statistics, the private sector and others.
Initially, the meeting included a report of the Council Executive Secretary for the implementation of Protocol No. 8 and 9 of the Coordination Council, the head of the department for the promotion of the permitting system and monitoring of inspections of the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management Komiljon Haknazarzoda.
The Chairman of the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management Sadi Kodirzoda presented a report on the progress of the work carried out by the inspection bodies and the implementation of the legislation on the moratorium on inspections for first nine months of 2020.
Also, in accordance with the Council relevant decisions, a list of criteria for assessing the degree of risk of the activities of economic entities, a list of control questions of inspection bodies and plans for conducting inspections for 2021, which was submitted by the inspection body, were agreed on and approved.
Also, in accordance with the provisions of the law On Inspections of the Activities of Economic Entities, the reports of the heads of the inspection bodies on the activities performed for the reporting period were heard, and relevant decisions were adopted.
