U-17 Football Team Is Now the Champion of Minsk 2021 Development Cup

DUSHANBE, 08.02.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The U-17 football team of Tajikistan became the champion of the Minsk 2021 Development Cup which ended on February 6.
In their final match, Tajik youth won a strong-willed victory over their peers from Belarus with a score of 4-1. Abbos Andalibov, Abdulfattoh Khudoidodzoda, Sunatullo Azizov and Amirjoni Farrukhzod scored the goals for the Tajik team.
Earlier, the U-17 football team defeated Kazakhstan (7-1) and Moldova (5-1).
The Tajik U-17 team with 9 points became the champion of the tournament.
According to the results, Safarmad Gafforov was named as the best goalkeeper. Captain of the team Mehruboni Abdurauf was named the best defender, and midfielder Khusrav Toirov received the prize of the best player.
