Khatlon Region Attracts $71 Million Investments in 2022

DUSHANBE, 14.02.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – To date, 41 state investment projects have been implemented in the Khatlon region. This was said today during a press conference in the administration of the region’s chairman.
The sum of these projects is $760 million.
During the reporting period, the total amount of attracted investments amounted to $71 million. Of these, $60.8 million is direct capital, which is $43.2 million or 2.5 times more compared to the same period in 2021.
The volume of foreign capital in the branches of the region’s economy is $1.5 billion, of which $1.4 billion is foreign direct investment.
