Tajik Football Team Becomes the Best Team of 2023

DUSHANBE, 16.02.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On February 14, the Committee for Youth and Sports Affairs summed up the results of the 2023 and named the laureates in various categories in the field of sports.
The Tajik football team, which won the Merdeka Cup 2023 in Malaysia, was named as the “Best Team of 2023”.
It should be also noted that while successfully performing at the 2023 Asian Cup in Qatar, the team reached the quarterfinal stage and recorded an outstanding achievement in the country’s sporting history.
Additionally, the Football Federation of Tajikistan was recognized as the best sports federation in 2023.
