Representatives of Tajikistan Attend the Meeting of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy

DUSHANBE, 03.12.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The 57th meeting of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy, which was attended by representatives of the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of Tajikistan, was held on November 29 in Samarkand (Uzbekistan).
The meeting was also attended by representatives of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Russia, Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the CIS Executive Committee, the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
As part of the meeting, the Head of the Antimonopoly Service of of Tajikistan Islomiddin Rahmon met with the Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights of Uzbekistan Khalilillo Turakhudjaev.
The meeting focused on issues of bilateral cooperation in the direction of antimonopoly policy within the framework of the signed documents.
The parties came to an agreement on strengthening cooperation, exchanging experience and information between authorities for the fruitful conduct of antimonopoly activities.
