DUSHANBE, 26.09.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 26, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, commissioned Secondary Educational Institution No. 152 in the city of Vahdat.

This facility was built by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in cooperation with the Tajik-Chinese Mining and Industrial Company as part of the Head of State’s attention and care for the education sector and upbringing of the younger generation.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the building of the educational institution consists of three floors and is designed for 2,400 students in two shifts.

The construction of the building of Secondary Educational Institution No. 152 began in 2020 and was built on the basis of a project in accordance with modern requirements on an area of 4,447 square meters.

During the tour of the facilities and opportunities of this new and modern institution, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of construction work and called it a worthy contribution to the education of the younger generation.

The institution has 53 classrooms equipped with the most important teaching aids, including 7 science classrooms.

The science classrooms of chemistry, biology, physics, geography, labor education, initial military training, as well as information technology and linguistics classrooms have been built in accordance with the requirements and provide a favorable basis for the development of students’ intelligence and thinking. In accordance with modern requirements, the institution has more than 42 computers connected to Internet.

Science laboratories and a library with 10 thousand copies of literature, including 1,500 textbooks, are designed to develop students’ worldview.

The educational institution also has an assembly hall with 426 seats, a canteen with 120 seats, and a water storage pool.

The new and modern facility has created good conditions for children’s intellectual development, mastering modern knowledge, and engaging in various fun games. 140 teachers are employed in the educational institution.

During his acquaintance with the conditions of education and upbringing, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, drew the attention of those responsible for the sector to the effective use of existing opportunities, the study of exact sciences, mathematics, information technology, the study of foreign languages, and safeguarding the achievements of state independence and peace and stability.
