Tajikistan, Qatar Discuss Expanding Investment Cooperation

Tajik and Qatari officials discussed expanding investment cooperation and strengthening economic ties during a meeting in Dushanbe, according to the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of Tajikistan.
The talks were held between Sulton Rahimzoda, chairman of the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management, and Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, chairman of the Qatar Business Association and chairman of the board of directors of Faisal Holding.
The sides discussed opportunities to expand trade and economic cooperation and attract investment to priority sectors of Tajikistan’s economy, the committee said.
