Tajikistan and Belarus Reaffirm Commitment to Interparliamentary Cooperation

Chairman of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on International Affairs, Public Associations and Information Mahmadshoh Gulzoda met with the Charge d’Affaires of the Republic of Belarus in Tajikistan, Nikolai Kolodkin, the press service of the Majlisi Namoyandagon reported.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Tajik-Belarusian interparliamentary relations, with particular attention given to expanding cooperation within international parliamentary organizations and strengthening parliamentary diplomacy.
Special attention was paid to preparations for the 33rd Annual Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA), scheduled to take place July 4-8 in The Hague, the Netherlands.
