DUSHANBE, 07.07.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The youth team of Tajikistan (U-23) under the leadership of head coach Hakim Fuzaylov held a friendly match against the team of legionaries of the country’s championship as part of preparation for the Asian Football Championship – 2018 qualifiers.

According to the press service of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, the match was held at the Dushanbe Central Republican stadium, and ended in favor of youth team – 3:1.

Tomorrow, July 8, the youth team of the country will fly to Dubai, where it will continue preparing for the Asian Football Championship-2018 qualifiers. On July 10, the Tajik youth will hold friendly match with their peers from the UAE in Dubai.

We will recall that in the Asian Football Championship-2018 qualifiers (U-23), which will be held on July 19 — 23 in Palestinian Hebron, Tajikistan will play in group “E”, where its rivals will be the teams of Palestine (July 19), Bangladesh (July 21) and Jordan (July 23).
