Tajik athletes won 3 gold medals at the 2017 Ashgabat Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games
DUSHANBE, 26.09.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Yesterday evening, on the tenth day of the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, which is being held in Turkmen capital – Ashgabat, the Tajik athletes won 3 gold medals.
As NIAT “Khovar” correspondent Tohir Said reports, Tajik athletes Akmaliddin Karimov in the weight category -57 kg and Behruz Khojazoda -74 kg both in sambo, as well as Mijgona Samadova in kickboxing won gold medals.
We will recall that after the 10 days of competition, the Republic of Tajikistan with 45 medals — 3 gold, 11 silver and 31 bronze among 65 participating states ranks 16 spot in medal standings.
