Tajikistan, U.S. discussed attracting the American companies’ investments in the national economy
DUSHANBE, 29.11.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On November 27, in Dushanbe, Nematullo Hikmatullozoda, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, met with Mr. Kevin Covert, Charge d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Tajikistan, the press service of the given Ministry reports.
The meeting discussed the country’s socio-economic state, macroeconomic indicators, the process of implementing economic reforms, increasing production and exports, developing the private sector, attracting American companies’ investments and equally important issues.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed readiness to develop further cooperation.
