Economic Development Minister Zavqizoda Meets with IMF Representatives
DUSHANBE, 21.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On Thursday, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Zavqi Zavqizoda met with the Permanent Representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Tajikistan Yuri Sobolev and economist Nailya Menlasheva.
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, including the forecast of macroeconomic indicators, improving the macroeconomic modeling, ensuring financial stability and anti-crisis plan, economic reform, export diversification, as well as other equally important issues, reports the Tajik Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to develop further cooperation.
