Representatives of French Business Confederation Will Visit Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 04.03.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Zavqi Zavqizoda met with the Special Representative of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France for Economic Diplomacy in Central Asia Pascal Lorot and the French Ambassador to Tajikistan Yasmine Gouedard.
The meeting focused on the instructions of the heads of two states, given during the official visit of President Emomali Rahmon to France.
“In this April, representatives of the French Business Confederation (MEDEF) and the French Mountain Guides Association will visit Tajikistan in order to fulfill the above instructions and strengthen cooperation in various fields,” French representatives said.
The meeting also focused on the economic and social situation in the country, including on attracting French investment, strengthening the country’s export potential, creating a logistics center, cooperation in the private sector, creating joint ventures, continuing cooperation in the field of civil aviation, and developing the tourism industry.
