Tajik First Deputy PM Attends CIS Economic Council Meeting in Moscow
DUSHANBE, 16.03.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On Friday, the Tajik delegation headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Davlatali Said attended the meeting of the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Moscow, reported the Tajik Embassy in Russia.
The meeting focused on pressing issues of economic cooperation, as well as on further ways of developing cooperation within CIS.
A number of documents, including the draft Priority Directions for Cooperation between the CIS Member States in the Transport Sector for the period until 2030, were adopted at the meeting in a wide format.
Following the meeting, 8 documents, in particular in the areas of social and demographic policy, as well as architecture and urban planning were signed.
Tajik delegations also attended the plenary meeting of the CIS+WORLD International Economic Forum of CIS Member States and the CIS + WORLD 2020 International Tourism Congress.
