Tajik Entrepreneurs Take Part in the Tashkent Global Textile Days

DUSHANBE, 28.05.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik entrepreneurs are taking part in the Tashkent Global Textile Days.
The event opened on May 26 and will run until May 29.
The Tajik delegation will visit the UzTextile Expo, and will hold business meetings to establish direct contacts and expand opportunities for cooperation in the textile sector.
The delegation included heads and representatives of 11 textile and clothing and 2 consulting companies, including Guldaston, Gulistoni Dushanbe, KOTA Global, Leader, Nassoji Khujand, Nohid, Ortex, Rahimov A.A., Rahmatov Private Enterprise, TojTex, Vahdat Textile, as well as Tajik consulting companies ACT Development and Business Consulting Group.
UzTextile Expo is a unique international specialized exhibition of the textile and fashion industry in Central Asia. The exhibition is annually attended by over 9,000 experts, entrepreneurs and traders. The exhibition showcases the achievements of the textile business and the fashion industry from the world’s leading manufacturers along the entire production chain — from yarn to ready-to-wear.
The Managing Director of the Tajik ACT Consulting Group Rustam Shodibekov noted that the exhibition is an innovative inspiration for the garment industry.
“The trip provides Tajik companies with an exceptional opportunity to get acquainted with the latest developments in the industry, hold meetings with leading manufacturers from the region, improve the recognition of their brands in the regional market, and establish new contacts with manufacturers, suppliers, importers and sales representatives. Our companies will become familiar with the trends, requirements and expectations in the market, and can also discover new products and innovations,” he added.
The Tajik delegation will have numerous meetings in b2b format, master classes from leading designers and industry experts, etc.
