Olympic Team’s Second Group Leaves for Tokyo

DUSHANBE, 26.07.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the second group of the Olympic team of Tajikistan consisting of athletes and coaches in athletics and swimming left for Tokyo.
The group consists of Ildar Akhmadiev (athletics), Anastasia Tyurina and Olimjon Ishanov (both swimming).
Akhmadiev will compete in the men’s 100 meter race on July 31. The final of this distance is scheduled for August 1.
Tyurina and Ishanov will take part in swimming at a distance of 50 meters freestyle on July 30. The semi-final of this distance will take place on July 31, and the final on August 1.
