Women’s Football Team Starts Training Camp in Dushanbe

DUSHANBE, 19.08.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – As part of preparation for the 2022 Asian Cup qualifiers, the women’s football team of Tajikistan started the second training camp in Dushanbe.
The camp, which will last until August 28, the team’s head coach Yusuf Rabiev called 24 players, including 4 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 8 midfielders and 4 forwards.
In the 2022 Asian Cup qualifiers, the women’s team will play in Group B against Vietnam, Maldives and Afghanistan. The matches in Group B will be held from September 23 through September 29 in Dushanbe.
