Minister of Finance Attends First Economic Forum of Uzbekistan

DUSHANBE, 30.09.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Minister of Finance of Tajikistan Faiziddin Kahhorzoda attended the first Economic Forum of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.
The forum was also attended by more than 300 high-ranking representatives of countries, international financial organizations, banks and investors, as well as audit and consulting companies, including Vice President of the World Bank Anna Bierde, Vice President of the Asian Development Bank Shiksin Chen, Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee Sergei Lebedev, and others.
The forum focused on global initiatives to achieve sustainable development goals, issues related to the development of the capital market, implementation of public-private partnership projects, as well as development of economic and trade cooperation between countries.
A number of cooperation documents between the forum participants are expected to be signed today.
