Tajik Football Team Wins King’s Cup 2022 in Thailand

DUSHANBE, 26.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajikistan’s football team won the 48th King’s Cup 2022, which ended yesterday in Thailand.
In the final match, Tajikistan played against Malaysia. The main time of the match ended in a draw (0-0), and in the penalty shootout, Tajik players beat more precisely (3-0).
Tajik goalkeeper Rustam Yatimov saved two penalties.
Earlier, in the semi-finals, the Tajik team defeated Trinidad and Tobago with the score of 2-1.
