Tajik U-20 Football Team Will Take Part at the Asian Cup in Uzbekistan

DUSHANBE, 27.02.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik U-20 football team will take part in the 41st Asian U-20 Cup, which will start in Uzbekistan on March 1.
Tajik team will play in Group C against Jordan, Oman and South Korea.
The youth of Tajikistan will play their opening match on March 2 against Jordan. The match will be held at the Lokomotiv stadium in Tashkent at 17:00.
On March 5, Tajik players will meet with peers from Oman, and in the final round on March 8, they will play against South Korea.
In case of leaving the group in the 1/4 finals, the youth team of Tajikistan (U-20) will play with one of the teams from group «D» — Japan, Saudi Arabia, China or Kyrgyzstan.
It should be noted that the four best teams of the 2023 Asian Youth Cup will receive tickets to the 2023 World Cup, which will be held in Indonesia.
