Five Tajik Athletes Will Participate in the Antalya Judo Grand Slam

DUSHANBE, 30.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Five members of the national judo team of Tajikistan will participate in the Antalya Judo Grand Slam, which will be held from March 31 through April 2.
The tournament will be attended by 617 athletes, including 357 men and 260 women, from 85 countries.
Tajik delegation will include Muhammadsoleh Kuvvatov in the weight up to 60 kg, Obid Jebov in the weight up to 66 kg, Behruz Khojazoda in the weight up to 73 kg, Shodmon Rizoev in the weight up to 81 kg and Jahongir Majidov in the weight up to 90 kg.
Competitions are traditionally held in seven weights for men and seven weights for women. Winners and prize-winners will be awarded with a prize along with a medal. Winners in all weight categories will be awarded €5,000, silver medalists — €3,000, and bronze medalists — €1,500 euros.
