Issues of Cooperation Between Tajikistan and Tatarstan Discussed in Kazan

DUSHANBE, 18.05.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Cooperation between Tajikistan and Tatarstan of the Russian Federation was discussed in Kazan in narrow and expanded formats.
The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda and the Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minikhanov.
Rasulzoda recalled the strengthening of relations and connected this with the constructive and successful policy of the heads of both states — Emomali Rahmon, and Vladimir Putin.
The attention of Tatarstan’s side was attracted to cooperation in tourism, agriculture, industry, transport, education and other areas of mutual interest.
It was noted that favorable prerequisites for establishing ties have been created in Tajikistan, and the full use of opportunities is the basis for the development of interstate relations.
Minikhanov paid attention to the history and civilization of the Tajik people and highly appreciated the successes of Tajikistan during the years of independence.

It was emphasized that Tatarstan is interested in developing cooperation with Tajikistan, and in the future important measures will be taken to use unrealized opportunities in continuing the constructive policy of the heads of state.
According to the analysis, cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia has strengthened over the years of independence. The exchange of experience and the development of relations in various areas and spheres were named in the interests of the parties. The participation of the Tajik delegation in the 14th International Economic Forum Russia-Kazan-2023 was recognized as very beneficial for the development of cooperation.
In the Technological Park, located in Kazan, special attention was paid to the targeted use of modern technologies for youth and adolescents.
Here, through the use of new technologies, youth and adolescents are taught the exact sciences, purposeful use of modern technologies, by providing interesting programs to encourage young people to invent, presenting gifted youth and giving priority to new technologies in trade.
