DUSHANBE, 26.05.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik U-17 football team won the first victory at the U-20 2023 CAFA championship, which is taking place in Dushanbe and Tursunzoda.

Tajik team beat Turkmenistan with a score of 4-2.

Earlier, Tajikistan tied against Afghanistan (1-1).

Following three rounds, Uzbekistan leads the standings with six points. Tajikistan and Afghanistan have four points each.

The matches of the fourth round will be played today. Tajikistan will play against Uzbekistan at the TALKO-Arena stadium in Tursunzoda at 17:00 local time.
