Tajik Delegation Takes Part in the International Textile and Garment Technology Exhibition in Milan

DUSHANBE, 13.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – The delegation of Tajikistan led by the Minister of Industry and New Technologies Sherali Kabir takes part in the International Textile and Garment Technology Exhibition (ITMA) 2023, which takes place from June 8 through June 14 in Italian Milan.
As part of the exhibition, Kabir held a meeting with representatives of foreign organizations and with more than 10 enterprises producing equipment for spinning, weaving, dyeing and clothing production.
The meeting presented the adopted programs, the National Strategy for the Development of Cotton Processing and Finished Products, tax incentives, investment opportunities and support from the government of Tajikistan in this direction.
Representatives of foreign enterprises were offered the opportunity to create joint ventures on the basis of industrial enterprises of the light industry of Tajikistan and participate in free economic zones.
