Tajikistan and Belarus Sign a Cooperation Agreement in Combating Corruption

DUSHANBE, 12.06.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – Director of the Agency for State Financial Control and Fight against Corruption of Tajikistan Sulaymon Sultonzoda on June 9 in Minsk met with the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Belarus Dmitry Gora.
The meeting focused on a set of important issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of combating corruption and other issues of mutual interest.
In order to strengthen the legal framework for relations, an Agreement on Cooperation was signed between the Agency for State Financial Control and the Fight against Corruption of Tajikistan and the Investigative Committee of Belarus in the field of combating corruption.
It was expressed confidence that this document will contribute to strengthening the links between the two bodies in solving problems related to transnational corruption.
