More Than 18.6 Billion Somoni Was Sent to the Economic Spheres of Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 22.08.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – For 6 months of this year, more than 18.6 billion somoni was sent to the economic spheres of Tajikistan.
State budget expenditures during this period were carried out within the framework of the planned plan and actual budget revenues, including in the areas of power and public administration — 913 million somoni, education — 3.1 billion somoni, healthcare — 1.4 billion somoni, social insurance and social protection — 2.1 billion somoni, housing and communal services — 964.3 million somoni, culture and sports — 585.9 million somoni, fuel and energy complex — 3.1 billion somoni, agriculture — 883.8 million somoni, construction and industry — 128.8 million somoni, transport and communications — 1.7 billion somoni.
The social nature of the budget was maintained, as in previous years, 8.2 billion somoni was allocated to finance social spheres, taking into account the costs of the housing and communal services sector, which is 44.3% of the total state budget expenditures.
