Chairman of Dushanbe Inspects the Projects for New Buildings
DUSHANBE, 05.07.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The Chairman of Dushanbe Rustami Emomali was familiarized with the projects for the construction of new buildings, including the high-rise residential, administrative, educational buildings and modern trade and service centers, which will be built in Dushanbe within two years in honor of the 30th anniversary of Tajikistan’s independence.
The concept of architecture and urban planning of Sadriddin Aini Street has been developed from the crossroad of Dustii Halkho Street to the Victory Square within Dushanbe’s Master Plan, reported the Department of Public Information and External Affairs of the Chairman’s Office.
The buildings which are being erected are all a minimum of 12 stories high. Noting the importance of the implementation of this initiative for creating better conditions for the capital’s residents, Emomali stressed that the construction be completed on time and in compliance with all the requirements of architecture and urban planning.
He also gave specific instructions to responsible officials on the expansion of roads, street lighting, the construction of residential and administrative buildings, landscaping the surrounding areas taking into account the necessary infrastructure, including the water supply network, heating, a modern waste collection system, and maintenance facilities.
