DUSHANBE, 05.07.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – Over the next two years, nine modern hotels with 630 rooms designed to accommodate more than 1,000 people will be built in Dushanbe in honor of the Years of Rural Development, Tourism and Folk Crafts and the 30th anniversary of state independence.

Yesterday, a presentation the projects was held with the participation of the Chairman of Dushanbe Rustami Emomali, reported the Department of Public Information and External Affairs of the Chairman’s Office.

Rushdi Osiyo LLC intends to build the Diplomat Hotel at the site of dilapidated buildings and structures on Bokhtar Street in the Ismoili Somoni District. Elite Stroyservis LLC’s project is the multifunctional building, which will include a five-star hotel on Ayni Street of Shohmansur District. Sebiston-2018 LLC’s plan is to build a modern Grand Rudaki Tower Hotel along Ismoili Somoni Avenue.

More than 3,500 various-purpose objects will be commissioned in Dushanbe until the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Tajikistan’s independence.
