DUSHANBE, 06.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Khujand FC will be playing its home match at the AFC Cup 2020 playoffs at the Central Stadium of Dushanbe instead of in Khujand.

At Khujand’s request, the match will take place in Dushanbe because of the unavailability of the main stadium due to the ongoing preparations for the upcoming Navruz holiday celebrations, reports the Football Federation of Tajikistan.

Khujand will play its first match away on February 19 against the eventual victor of the Kyrgyz Neftchi and Turkmen Ahal match. The return match will take place on February 26 at the Dushanbe Central Republican Stadium.

If Khujand enters the AFC Cup 2020 group stage, it will go on to play in Group D against Tajik Istiklol, Turkmen Altyn Asyr and Kyrgyz Dordoy.
