DUSHANBE, 15.05.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and Speaker of the National Assembly, Chairman of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali attended the opening ceremony of the new Marriage Ceremony House.

President Rahmon also attended the awarding ceremony of the marriage certificates to ten young couples, most of whom are orphans. He presented them with cash assistance as well as all household items, including refrigerators, washing and sewing machines, TVs, and carpets.

They also opened the new Istiqlol Hotel of the Presidential Executive Office.

The six-storey 60-room hotel was built in the national architecture style on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of independence and within the framework of the Period of Rural Development, Tourism and Folk Crafts 2019-2021.

Later the President Rahmon visited Oriyo Medial and reviewed the progress of the medical supplies production, including disposable infusion systems, disposable face masks, gynecological inspection mirrors, winged infusion sets, syringes, and antiseptic solutions.

The state-of-the-art medical equipment that was purchased in China, Japan, and Poland will produce daily 138,000 disposable infusion systems, 273,000 disposable face masks, 11,000 gynecological inspection mirrors, 41,000 winged infusion sets, 400,000, and 13,000 antiseptic solutions.

The import substitution and export orientated enterprise, expects to increase the production of syringes to 300 million pieces in the future.

Oriyo-Medical is the third manufacturing enterprise in the country which has been built and put into operation over the past few years with the contribution of local entrepreneur Fayzali Hojiev.
