Karimov and Khusravov Reach Finals of the World Sambo Championship

DUSHANBE, 12.11.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik sambo wrestlers Akmaliddin Karimov (58 kg) and Khushkadam Khusravov (64 kg) reached the finals of the World Sambo Championship, which started today in Tashkent.
In the final, Karimov will meet with Sayan Hertek from Russia, meanwhile, Khusravov will face Rakhat Zhananiet from Kazakhstan.
The prize fund of the World Sambo Championship is $231,000. Champions will receive $4,000, silver medalists $3,000, and bronze medalists $2,000.
The championship will end on November 14.
