Representatives of Tajikistan Attend Konya Agriculture Fair 2022
DUSHANBE, 14.03.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Konya Agriculture Fair 2022 was held from March 8 through March 12 in Turkey.
It hosted tens of thousands of representatives from 116 countries and 76 cities and regions of Turkey.
More than 460 companies from 20 countries showed their latest agricultural products and equipment. Tajikistan was represented at the exhibition by specialists from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sughd region and a group of entrepreneurs.
Konya Agriculture Fair is Turkey’s largest exhibition of agricultural machinery, equipment and materials for the production and processing of crop products. Every year more than 400 exhibitors and 300,000 visitors from all over the world take part in the exhibition. In 2022, the total exhibition area was 90,000 sq.m.

The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkey and numerous professional associations and unions.
Meetings of businessmen from different countries were also held within the framework of the exhibition.
Representatives of Tajik business spoke about the investment and export opportunities of the country.
Bilateral meetings were also held with the MÜSİAD Business Association, the Konya Chamber of Commerce, and the City Stock Exchange.
