Tajik Pupils Take Part in the Final Round of the ISTEM Olympiad 2022

DUSHANBE, 22.07.2022 (NIAT Khovar) — The ISTEM Olympiad 2022, which began on July 19, is being held in Frankfurt, Germany with the participation of six students from the Lyceum for Gifted Students of Khujand in Tajikistan.
Ninth graders Mehroj Mamadjonov, Farina Masumova, Safarkhon Hasanov, Salimbek Saidahmatzoda, Yasminakhon Ahrorova, and Akmaljon Nematulloev are participating in the competition by the order of the Minister of Education and Science.
The students won the third round of the Olympiad, which was held in February-June of this year, reaching its final round.
Almost 8,000 students from 93 countries are taking part in the final round in mathematics and information technology.
The Olympiad will last until July 24.
Along with this, from July 25 through July 27, the Tajik schoolchildren will also take part in the World Forum of Young Mathematicians in Paris.
