DUSHANBE, 23.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – CAFA U-14 Girls’ Championship 2023 concluded in Dushanbe.
Teams from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran and Kyrgyzstan took part in the tournament, which took place from October 15 through October 19 in Dushanbe.
The Iranian team won the tournament with five points. The Kyrgyz team won silver medals and Uzbek team — bronze medals. Tajikistan took fourth place with one point.
Following the results of the championship, Tajikistan received a special prize and the FairPlay Award.
The top scorer was Uzbek player Mehrangiz Hamidova. Elina Shahbazi from Iran was recognized as the most useful player of the tournament.
